Just a quick pint, then I'm off left this review about Copper Pottle
At the basic end of the spectrum (apart from the ceiling umbrellas), even for 'traditional' micro-pubs, but good beer and friendly conversation are the selling points here. Four real ales on gravity: Kent Session Pale, The Knights Tale from Canterbury Ales, Gadds No 5 and Captain Bob from Mighty Oak (£3.80).

My second micropub of the day, this one having four ales available and brought out from the cold store by the owner, who was happy to engage in conversation. A novel feature here is the sound absorbtion technique: opened umbrellas suspended from the ceiling. Their various colourful patterns added a gay touch to an otherwise fairly plain interior.

Real Ale Ray left this review about Copper Pottle
We took the No 6 bus outside the Butchers Arms to get here along with a small group of alers from Medway. The bus took 12mins and dropped us around the corner from here and only cost us a £1 each. This former pet shop consists of one decent sized front room with a small and narrow bar counter made up from reclaimed timber, with a round pot rest at one end - a sensible concept for placing pints of beer on, delivered from the rear cold room.
The flooring was constructed form lengths of decking timber and hops and umbrellas hang from the ceiling. We did observe a glass pottle, when one of the locals took one as a take out containing four pints. Four ales on stillage, Adnams Ghostship, Kent Session Ale, Goody Brewery Dead Good and Gadds No5. I went for the Kent Session Ale, which was in excellent shape. Prices here ranged from £3 - £3.20.
